Independence – Completely unbiased reviewing
We are not funded or tied to any manufacturer or supplier and we think it is absolutely critical to be honest and objective with all reviews. We call it exactly as the reviewer found it. We encourage the Review Team to share and discuss any problems found to try and help you by distinguishing whether this is an isolated problem (probably down to the reviewer’s approach) or a true defect (probably down to the manufacturer) and we will offer a fix and suggestions for putting it right. The aim is to be fair and constructive, minimising any personal bias or subjectivity on behalf of the reviewer.
