Shuichi Hayashi – a name to look out for and he clearly offers some great inspiration for you if you like modern jet aircraft scale modelling… just take a look at the weathering Shuichi has achieved on these aircraft models. Looking at many photos of the real thing, this kind of weathering is certainly visible on some aircraft after a bit of time at sea and on ops. This sequence of videos shot by Shuichi certainly evokes some emotions and I just like the overall impact his models have.
As ever… it’s your choice for how far you choose to go and as long as you’re happy, it matters not what others think, although, it’s always nice to receive compliments and I’m so pleased to send these to Shuichi – great job and well done!
