The BMPT “Terminator” is a derivative of the T-72 MBT, it uses the hull, running gear and engine from the T-72 and the rest is a design which has evolved over many years. A brief history of the type can be found here. Excellent walkarounds of some of the main iterations can be seen here.

Trumpeter released this kit in 2017, more details can be found here. It most closely resembles a BMPT-72 (Object 183) pictured here. Oryx has one listed as destroyed but I don’t know which version it was.
Trumpeter are using a lot of sprues from other versions they have made and at the end of construction you are left with a lot of surplus plastic including another complete set of wheels.
