Amazingly, this is the seventh title to be published in short time in this growing series that offers modellers enough reference and guidance to scale modellers interested in building the type. I like many things about this series: the fact that models featured are in the most popular scales, making the book really useful to as wide an audience as possible. This has the spin-off effect of making me at least consider building a model of a subject I like (such as the Ar 196) in a different scale.
The Arado Ar 196 has proved to be a popular subject with scale modellers in recent years with kits available in all major scales from Revell, Heller (now oop) and Italeri.
