Initial assessment
The tracks are made from Khaki plastic and come in a sturdy card box which is packed in four cellophane packages, two for the track and two for the guide horns. You will have to assemble 85 individual tracks per side which leaves ten links for adding to the vehicle.
The assembly is easy as they clip together and it remains to be seen if they will hold in place after handling and painting. I would normally build the plastic tracks and attach with liquid cement applied sparingly, allowed to dry and then remove with the wheels for painting and refit when completed
Accuracy
From picture and drawings I have they look good for size and patern.
Quality
Moulding is up to Tamiya standard although each link on the top side has two injection marks which may be able to be fixed by using a round scalpel to scrape the indentation or it could be filled with a Plastic putty
Instructions
A small instruction sheet is enclosed giving the number and orientation of the tracks as well as showing the method of joining the links.
Conclusions
As part of a series of add on kits to fit the Panther Ausf D (35345) this is a good addition at an affordable price which will add to the overall appearance of the model.
