It’s not often that you get a genuine benefit for just doing what you do each month but here’s the deal…
Yesterday we upgraded the first 6 monthly subscribers to SMNs brand new Bronze Plus subscription. Lucky them!
Bronze Plus…Subscribe continuously for 12 continuous months and you get the benefits!
Bronze Plus is given to all of our monthly subscribers when they hit the 12-month target of subscribing continuously for a period of twelve months without a break. You’ll keep enjoying the fantastic benefits Bronze Plus brings for as long as you subscribe continuously each month.
So what do you get with Bronze Plus? – Full access to the SMN Photo Reference Library (PRL). Today that’s 2,794 high resolution modellers’ walkaround images This is the same access as Silver and Gold subscribers. Wow! A major benefit that justifiably rewards all of you who prefer to subscribe monthly for a decent length of time and that loyalty needs to be rewarded. Thank you.
You don’t need to do anything – we’ll monitor the SMN database and as soon as you hit the 12-months continuous subscribing you’ll be upgraded and notified by me via e-mail that it’s done – simple as that.
So… a big thank you and as I promised in one of my editorials back in 2010, this benefit would be implemented and here we are – done!
Credit and Debit card payment option available now!
Quite a few people have said that they would prefer to subscribe to SMN by credit or debit card rather than PayPal – well, you can.
This is how it works…
At the moment this facility is only available to those taking out Silver (6 months) and Gold (12 months) subscriptions. We are in the process of integrating the option fully within SMN but an automated option will take a little while yet and then I hope that the credit and debit card facility will be available to all.
In the short term, while we get the techy bit sorted if you’d like to start subscribing or re-join using your credit card then just e-mail me at geoff@scalemodellingnow.com and I’ll contact you with details.
If you are currently paying through PayPal but would like to switch to a credit or debit card payment then please can I ask you to hold fire until your current subscription is due for renewal? You can check your renewal date by going into your PayPal account and checking the date in your recurring payment to SMN.
Of course many of you are very happy to keep subscribing using PayPal and so please just carry on as normal – either option is fine.
