MK ModelKraft– a great day out…
We have just returned from the excellent Milton Keynes ModelKraft scale model show and what a day that was. Great to talk to so many of you, both existing and new subscribers – brilliant…just what the doctor ordered! Thanks too for the really useful feedback – so much of it positive and some very helpful suggestions as to how we can improve SMN still further.
Techniques Bank
Already some good news Brian – you’ll remember our conversation about adding more to the SMN Techniques Bank? Well this week saw the latest addition (how to make a stunning base for your AFV models) and I promise to prioritise the remaining areas within each of the TB sections so that this sees a big expansion over the next 2 months.To that end… do any of you out there have any of your own step-by-step tips and how-to techniques you would like to share with everyone? You can see from the greyed out links in TB the specific areas that are coming and we’ll pick a few off each month to complete what’s already planned AND add plenty more HD video dems and new tips and techniques, so lots to look forward to here!

Some great inspiration on the way!
Welcome Rob!
A big welcome to Rob Davies who’s joining our SMN team for at least the next few weeks. Rob will be helping Sara, Francis and I and the SMN team bring you more updates and also help us with some important changes to make your experience when you visit SMN even better. Lots of ideas already I see Rob, so thanks for those – keep ‘em coming, we’ll be implementing many of them.
