Techniques Bank HD video – No 3 Painting cockpits
Going Live!
I am really pleased to be able to announce the release of our latest ‘how-to’ HD video demonstration, this time dealing with painting and finishing cockpits. Andy Brown is at it again and this is the most substantial video to date.
As ever, with these demonstrations they are being created to help anyone who is looking to pick up valuable tips and hints on painting and finishing their aircraft cockpits. Some good advice on using photo etch and when resin aftermarket cockpits might be an advantage, plus how to get the best out of the detail through effective painting and weathering.
Video No.3 should go live this week – just before the IPMS UK Scale Model World at Telford, England (13-14 November). See you there…
Here Now – major overhaul!
As you know, this is where all the new kits and accessories get their initial ‘in-box; review. Well out of the box actually with plenty of images and objective comment about what is on offer.
Please be patient for the next week as Francis spends a lot of time making the changes we need to bring this area up to date in terms of navigation and layout, the end result will allow us to add much more and you will be able to find all the reviews of kits, resin, decals and so on much more easily.
Your new layout will work in a similar way to the Techniques Bank, so if you check that area out, you’ll get an idea of what to expect – I’m getting excited already!
The new structure is there now and it’s just a matter of making the changes and then beginning to add all the new stuff we have lined up, so thanks for your patience.
